What is Free Climbing
Climb mountains, climb rocks, climb ice, climb trees. All of this is climbing. Many people have fond memories of climbing trees when they were young.
Although we use tools to protect ourselves, such as lifelines, climbing without relying on them is called free climbing. It is called "Free" because when you reach the top, you climb without using any safety equipment.
Broadly speaking, there are "lead climbing" that uses ropes to ensure safety, and "bouldering" that climbs without using ropes. It looks like.
Bouldering
Multiple routes (courses) for each level are set on the approximately 5m high wall. If you can hold the top (top) hold with both hands, you have completed the climb (cleared).
Each route has small holds that you can hook your fingertips to large holds that you can't even hold with both hands. Therefore, we climb while incorporating various elements, such as the ability to imagine the path to the complete climb, the balance of the whole body, and the ability to imagine the path to the top.
Lead Climbing
About 30 routes (courses) are set on the 10m high wall. It is done in pairs, and for safety's sake, climb while hanging the rope on the quickdraw (a device for hooking the rope). You can enjoy dynamic climbing with scale.
About the Trial
If you are a beginner, please use the "Trial Course". When you try bouldering, the staff will accompany you at the beginning and teach you the rules and precautions in a gentle, fun and polite manner. Even inexperienced people can challenge with confidence.
We have set a simple route, so even those who are not confident in their strength can enjoy it easily.
On the day of the event, please wear clothes that are easy to move in. You can rent everything you need, such as climbing shoes.
When renting shoes, you will need socks, so please bring them with you.
The rental fee is included in the experience course, so you can use it at a great price.
There is also a changing room (separate for men and women), so you can use it even after work.
Reservations are required in advance for lead climbing using ropes, so please contact us by phone or inquiry.
Flow to use
Free climbing carries the risk of injury and accidents.
Please read the precautions at the reception desk, and only those who have consented can use this facility.
Minors (under 18 years old) need parental consent.
In addition, as a general rule, elementary and junior high school students should be accompanied by a guardian.
For preschool children, please consult individually.
